Electronic weighing scales are essential instruments for some large mechanical manufacturers nowadays. Electronic weighing scales sometimes display ERR fault codes. Below is an introduction to the ERR fault codes displayed on electronic weighing scales in response to this issue, hoping to be helpful to you.
.+/-Err:Exceeding the LCD display range/sensor wire broken or sensor defective.
.+/-Err2/Unst:The starting zero point exceeds+/-10%/there is external interference (such as vibration, wind blowing, or other objects touching the scale, etc.).
.+/-Err3/Out2:AD/LOAD malfunction/Something on the scale during startup/External interference.
.Err4/ErrE:Memory failure/internal data loss in memory, can be reset and corrected, or reset and corrected after replacing the memory.
.Err5/EEEEE:Overload (exceeding the maximum weighing capacity+9e)/or poor sensor/significant change in correction value (requiring recalibration).
.Err6/ErrC:Incorrect correction method code/or linear correction required.
.Err7:Error in setting the scale and sensitivity (requires resetting the scale and sensitivity).
.Err8:Conflicting settings between the user and startup units (requires resetting the user and startup units).
.Err9:Set the LOW value to be greater than or equal to the HI value.
.LLLLL/HHHHH:Internal code too low or too high (needs adjustment)/poor sensor.
.Over:Accumulated over 99 transactions/board circuit interruption.
.Battery Symbol:Battery out of charge/board or electronic circuit issues.
.If the above faults cannot be eliminated by the set method, it is recommended to send them back to the distribution station for processing.
