Digital Communication of Electronic Weighbridge
Data:2023-11-16 12:38
Before the 1980s, the common electronic weighbridge was generally a mechanical electronic weighbridge constructed purely mechanically using the lever principle, also known as a mechanical weighbridge.
1.The maximum output signal of analog sensors is usually several tens of millivolts. During the transmission of these weak signals through cables, it is easy to be disturbed, resulting in unstable system operation or reduced measurement accuracy. The output signals of digital sensors are all around 3-4V, and their anti-interference ability is far hundreds of times greater than that of analog signals, solving the problem of weak transmission signals and interference .
2.Adopting RS485 bus technology to achieve long-distance signal transmission, with a transmission distance of no less than 1000 meters.
3.The bus structure facilitates the application of multiple weighing sensors, and up to 32 weighing sensors can be connected in the same system.
